Verify your billing details. Make sure the name, address, and ZIP code match what your card issuer has on file.
Try another card. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Contact your card issuer. They can explain why the transaction was declined or lift any temporary security holds.
Use a prepaid card if preferred. You may also use a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express gift card as long as it is activated and has sufficient balance.
