The Identity Restoration benefit is designed to support Honor Society® members if their personal information is compromised or used fraudulently. As identity threats become more common in an increasingly digital world, this benefit connects members with professional assistance to help manage the recovery process.
What the Benefit Provides
If a member in good standing becomes a victim of identity fraud or attempted fraud involving their personal information, the Identity Restoration service (administered through Enfortra, our third-party provider) may offer:
Professional guidance and support throughout the restoration process
Help coordinating with banks, credit institutions, and law enforcement
Assistance gathering required documentation and managing communication
Support in recovering eligible out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with the provider’s program terms
Coverage Limit
The Identity Restoration program provides up to a maximum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for qualifying incidents that occur while you are an Honor Society® member in good standing, as outlined by Enfortra’s Service Guarantee.
This is a maximum limit, not a guaranteed payout.
The actual assistance, eligible costs, and claim outcomes depend on the provider’s terms and the specifics of each case.
Requirements to Use the Benefit
To access the Identity Restoration benefit, members must:
Notify Enfortra within 30 days of discovering improper use of their personal information.
Cooperate fully and complete any required forms or documentation.
Provide available investigation files or documents from involved institutions (banks, credit agencies, police reports, etc.).
Acknowledge that Enfortra is not an insurance company, credit repair service, or credit counseling service, and does not promise to improve credit history.
Understand that Enfortra may review any claim to determine its validity and eligibility under the Service Guarantee.
