If you're not receiving emails from Honor Society®, it may be due to school filters, spam settings, or your email provider blocking automated messages. Below are some steps you can take to help resolve the issue.
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Look for emails sent from Honor Society®.
If you find any, mark them as “Not Spam” or move them to your inbox. This helps train your email provider to deliver future messages correctly.
2. Add Honor Society® to your safe senders list
Adding our email addresses to your contacts or safe-sender list can improve deliverability and prevent messages from being filtered.
3. If you are using a .edu email address
School email systems can be restrictive. Certain automated messages may be blocked without your knowledge.
If you continue to miss important messages, you may want to switch to a personal email address for improved reliability.
To update your email address:
Sign in at https://www.honorsociety.org
Go to My Profile
Click Edit Profile
Open Contact Information
Update your email address and save changes
