No. Honor Society® membership is open to all students and professionals who want to pursue their goals. There is no GPA requirement to join or maintain your membership. Once you activate your Honor Society® membership, you have full access to the resources, benefits, and opportunities included in your tier.
Some programs—such as certain scholarships—may have optional eligibility criteria, which can include GPA requirements for those specific applications. These criteria apply only to those opportunities, not to membership as a whole.
Honor Society® recognizes that ambition and achievement take many forms. Academic excellence is one way members shine, and we offer optional GPA recognition tiers to celebrate those accomplishments:
Highest Honors: 3.80 – 4.00
High Honors: 3.50 – 3.79
Honors: 3.20 – 3.49
These recognition levels highlight academic achievement within the society, but all members receive the same core access and benefits, regardless of GPA or recognition tier.
We believe there is far more to success than grades alone. Leadership, service, initiative, and personal growth all play a role in defining what it means to Honor Your Ambition™.
If you have questions about scholarship eligibility or recognition tiers, feel free to reach out—our team is always here to help.
