1. How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account and get a refund, please go to  Log in and click the my account link in the upper right hand corner, then click the payment management system tab.

You can cancel your membership and get a refund by clicking the refund link, make sure to enter the last 4 digits of your credit card to confirm the cancellation.

If you are unable to do so, please go to and fill out a support ticket and we will get back to you as soon as we can.


2. I am seeing charges from that I did not authorize.

If you do not recognize charges coming from, please contact us and we will remedy the situation as soon as possible by submitting a request:
